Did you know there are ways to support our mission that can also provide tax advantages for you?

Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs):
If you’re age 70½ or older, you can make a gift directly from your IRA to Kawasiwajo Community Land Trust. A QCD may also help you meet your required minimum distribution.

Gifts of Appreciated Assets:
Donating stocks, mutual funds, or other appreciated assets that you’ve held for more than a year can offer a double benefit: you may avoid capital gains tax and receive a charitable deduction for the full fair market value.
