vision statement
KCLT implements innovative approaches to housing in an equitable and just manner. KCLT empowers a culture of justice, shared ownership and responsibility to place.
KCLT supports an interconnected local economy by making housing and land permanently available and affordable to a more diverse community. We help connect the next generation of farmers and foresters with land and community.
KCLT supports small scale enterprises that contribute to a resilient local economy. Our work supports natural communities as well as human communities. KCLT works to combine the knowledge and resources of the older generation with the enthusiasm of the younger generations to strengthen our community.
KCLT invites and welcomes inclusive participation in the sharing of skills, talents, resources, and Indigenous knowledge to help build this community effort.
